(More customer reviews)I bought this to help me get back into shape after having my baby. It was easy to install. A great way to burn calories and helped me build up a fit and defined shape. I am not super strong so at first it seemed hard but I bought some beginner videos and spent 20 minutes a day on it. I got my body back, my husband loves watching me exercise and I just bought a box set of instructional videos. Move over Kendra...here I come.
