Huffy Sports Youth NBA Portable Basketball System with 32-inch EcoComposite Fan Backboard Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I thought this would be a stronger hoop than the fisher price ones, but I was wrong. The backboard is made of really thin cheap plastic that cracks very easily. The pump to blow up the basketball is also cheaply made and broke after a couple of uses. The small basketball that came with this set also needed air every day. I purchased this for my 3 year old and it only lasted one month.

Introduce your kids to basketball at a young age with the Spalding Youth portable basketball system, which features an easily adjustable telescoping backboard that can be set 4.5 to 6 feet in height. It's a great choice for use with a size 3 junior basketball, and it can be used both indoors and outdoors. The three-piece, 2-inch diameter pole system assembles and breaks down quickly, and the base is stabilized with either sand or water (and includes a built-in holder for the ball). It's matched with a 32-inch fan-shaped Eco-Composite backboard (made from recycled materials) and 14-inch solid steel rim.

Halex Platinum Badminton Set Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)My 16 year-old son had been playing badminton in gym class and we all love to try different sports, so we set up our old volleyball net (on its lowest setting - still too high) and dug out some old racquets and shuttlecocks from our garage. To be fair, we hit harder than most backyard players who are just floating shots up high. We quickly realized we needed a better set (and a net that had smaller holes!). I ordered this set because it looked like it would stand up to some more serious play. On arrival, one racquet had a bent handle, and within 1/2 hour of play, two others were either losing their hand grips or had partially broken, and all 3 shuttlecocks were broken. We were not abusing the set at all, but were playing "real" badminton. If you're looking for something that will stand up to this type of play, look elsewhere!

LEKI Studded Rubber Fitness Traction Tip Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)This tip is still somewhat slippery and noisy on asphalt surface and very slippery on concrete or other smoother surfaces. I really like my plain rubber tips for hard surfaces much better. It works as good as the tips with the rubber removed for dirt or trails. I think they are way over priced for what you get. Buy the heavy duty rubber tips instead, if you want a better traction for hard surfaces, stick with the carbon tips for trails and dirt.

59" Hickory Hiking Staff - Tall (for people 5' 9" - 6' 2") Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I ordered a Hickory Walking Stick and got something made of Bianbai Wood. What??? Try doing a search for Bianbai Wood. I'm not even sure there is such a thing. And even if there is, I bought hickory. The product information states that they are the "largest supplier in the U.S." and that the product is "handcrafted from wood in the U.S." In truth, the product is shipped from Canada and Made in China. "Handcrafted from wood in the U.S"...I've never seen, much less heard of a tree called a Bianbai...oh wait, the back of the tag says it is made from "All New Material"...hmmm, maybe that's it. It's a brand new tree, but again, I paid for hickory. Like the other reviewer said, the bottom isn't finished either. He said they skipped finishing his under the tip, on mine it's the bottom 10 inches. it goes from a nice, dark brown finish to blonde bare wood. To be fair, it does seem sturdy and it has a good feel to it. Lightweight also. I just expect to get what is advertised, as I'm sure you do as well. I will keep the staff because I'm leaving on a hiking trip next week. However, I will not buy anything from this company again. Companies need to learn that we can just as easily buy our things from others. This is false advertisement at best. Oh, I almost forgot, it does come with a flower etched into it. Wish I would have read that review before I bought it, because the pic doesn't show it and it isn't mentioned in the description. I'm a guy. I don't like flowers on my stuff. If you wanna buy a walking staff that is nothing like it is portrayed in the description, made of bianbai wood, and made in china, well then this is perfect for you.

Hickory Hiking Staff, complete with rubber tip and leather wrist thong. Just like your Grandfather would have made, each is hand-crafted by woodmen with a character all its own.Profile: We are one of the largest suppliers of hiking and walking sticks in the U.S., and we have been in the stick business since 1985. Best selling of all of our sticks is the rustic Hickory hiking stick, famous for its strength and durability. Whistle Creek makes sticks "like grandpa would have made." These are products that you would be proud to display in your home, yet not hesitate to use on the trail every day. We have avoided going to aluminum poles (lightning rods) or other mass-manufactured techniques. We have stayed with time-tested traditional methods that have been around since before Moses. Each Whistle Creek product is hand crafted from wood in the U.S. by skilled craftsmen who value the importance of a sturdy "friend" on the trail. Whether you use your stick for arduous mountain treks, strolls in the forest or just for "wandering 'round the block," you will soon benefit from the comfort and security that a good walking stick can bring to your outings. Hopefully you will decide to collect all of our sticks for you and your family to use for generations. What Size and Weight? When selecting a staff, it should be at least 6" above your elbow to allow for plenty of staff going down hill. Hickory is our "Man's stick" weight wise because it is heavier and a little

Trac-A-Rod Fishing Rod Storage System Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)Really and truly a well-made, solid rod rack that is low profile enough to use on the roof of my boat (6 foot ceiling) and not get in the way. Good adjustment allows 6 big rod and reel combos (for halibut) to fit in the only space I have for secure storage. The best I've found for roof application.
