(More customer reviews)We bought a generic 15 foot trampoline, only to find the safety enclosure made for it was out of stock and not manufactured anymore. We ordered this one from Aosom, and found although the poles lined up with our U-legs fine, the clamps that come with the product were too small to go around and safely attach the enclosure to the trampoline. So, we wound up at a local home improvement store and purchased U-clamps, attaching 4 to each U, top and bottom. Our U-legs measure 6 and 1/4" around, and the provided clamps did not fit. Otherwise, it seems like a good product.

(More customer reviews)I recieved the enclosure promptly and all pieces were there, but upon assembly I realized that the clamps wouldn't fit around the trampoline legs. I was frustrated because there was nothing in the listing about sizing of the trampoline legs. I contacted the company and they were prompt in their response but had no clamps to send. They told me to go buy my own clamps! That they had this issue before and the customer went to a hardware store and bought new clamps for $5. I was frustrated that they couldn't send me ones that fit and more frustrated that I had to spend more money! I found clamps for $20, set the enclosure up and it works but the poles tend to lean in on 3 of the 6 poles.

(More customer reviews)In less than 6 months, the straps all dry-rotted. After contacting the company, I was informed that there is only a 90 day warrant. My grand-daughter can't use her trampoline now, since the netting won't stay attached. Poor quality and very poor customer service.

(More customer reviews)Since it factory direct and was free shipping, I expected to get it a few weeks after I ordered it. As it turned out, I got an email on the next day saying it had been shipped out, and was amazed to receive it the day after that! It came with all the pieces and my husband was able to assemble it on his own (we read that sometimes it takes a couple of strong guys to hook on the last couple of springs). The net is very secure as it attaches directly to the springs. The trampoline has plenty of bounce for its size and all the materials are high quality. I did quite a bit of research and this was the best trampoline out there in this price range. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend to anyone.
